QUANTITY
the Total Quantity of Copper Cathode Plates under the SPAC shall be 2000 MT plus or minus 5% tolerance. Weight for invoicing purposes shall be by the actual net weight.
DELIVERY
the DELIVERY TERMS : : CIF China
The Seller shall transport the goods from country of origin to Acaba at his own cost and which shall be completed within 45 days of the receipt of an acceptable bank instrument.
Buyer shall receive the merchandise in CIF The date of delivery will be the day of presentation of the documentation of the merchandise.
5.0 PRICE
the following Price: US$ 6.500 / MT
TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE : US $ 13.000.000.-
6.0 PAYMENT TERMS
the price shall be as follows:
An irrevocable, transferable DL/ C issue or confirmed by Prime World Bank, payable at the presentation of the SGS certification, and the delivery of the product at CIF
The Buyer will issue a non operative DL/ C to the seller within 5 days from the electronic signature of this contract, that will become operative when the seller will issue a P.B. for the amount of 2% .
